Customer Solutions Manager

We are searching for our next Rockstar to lead our Customer Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be versatile enough to resolve a wide variety of scenarios ranging from generic customer inquiries to past due payment collections.

Your mission is to build and lead a team that provides an excellent customer experience regardless of the circumstance. Additionally, this person will play a major scaling the team role through recruiting efforts and innovating/implementing existing customer service practices.

What you will be doing

A Day In The Life

Create a customer-centric culture that exceeds client expectations and provides a top tier experience.

Oversee day-to-day operations in the Customer Solutions department by assessing statistics and being accountable for the team’s performance which includes:

  • Responding to general inquiries via phone or email and resolving within a timely manner
  • Creating/monitoring monthly recurring subscriptions
  • Updating billing information and resolving past due payments
  • Process refunds
  • Dispute responses and resolution

 

What we are looking for

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred
