What you will be doing

A Day In The Life

This position will involve working directly with the Business Formation Manager and collaborating with the Sales Department and Management Teams.

The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely motivated and coachable. You display a genuine desire to help clients, a willingness to learn, and the adaptability to change tasks or priorities with short notice. We are looking to hire a full-time Business Formation Specialist to assist in processing and drafting legal documents to State and Federal agencies.
