BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP INFORMATION (BOI) REPORTING NEXT STEPS.

Business owners who formed their LLC before January 1, 2024 must complete their initial BOI report by January 1, 2025.

1 – You will receive an email from [email protected] with the subject line, “Prime Corporate Services is ready to start your FinCEN BOI report for (your business name),” granting you access to the submission portal. Once you click the link in that email, you will be instructed to create a password.

2 – Once inside the portal, you will be guided through all the steps needed to accurately and securely submit your report. When complete, hit “Submit.”

3 – You will receive confirmation once your report has been submitted and accepted by FinCEN.

4 – After submitting, Prime Corporate Services will continue to notify you of any expiring identification cards for registered individuals. Keeping your information current is a requirement of this new law.
