Account Manager

Prime Corporate Services is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Account Manager to service key clients and help develop new client relationships. Account Managers perform a critical role in our company. The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for
our partners and is ultimately responsible for partner and client success and satisfaction. An Account Manager will consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, oversee the
implementation of onboarding, new and existing campaigns, and ensure the efficient execution of activities and projects. An Account Manager represents Affiliate Partner needs and goals
within the organization and ensures accurate communication of those needs to various departments within the company. In addition, the Account Manager will build positive relationships with Affiliate Partners and encourage new and repeat business opportunities based on client needs.

What you will be doing

Responsibilities

● Responsible for all Affiliate Partner communications and the efficient completion of Affiliate Partner deliverables on key accounts.
● Enables accurate and regular two-way communication between the Affiliate Partner and the company to ensure project success and manage Affiliate Partner expectations.
● Works closely with each department within the company to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns and projects for the Affiliate Partner.
● Develops and maintains a deep understanding of company capabilities and services and effectively communicates all offerings to Affiliate Partners or potential Affiliate Partners.
● Reports and provides regular reporting and feedback on all account activity and
progress.
● Conduct ongoing research and analysis to educate and assist Affiliate Partners with
marketing strategies and new opportunities.
● Presents creative work and campaign details to Affiliate Partners for consideration and approval.
● Maximizes each Affiliate Partner account to grow and ensure maximum lead flow and revenue generation.
● Reports data analytics to Affiliate Partners and looks for efficiencies.

What we are looking for

Qualifications

● BS/BA preferred.
● 3-5 years of Account management experience.
● Comprehensive knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel, including the ability to analyze data and use Pivot Tables.
● Experienced data managing and reporting.
● Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
● Detail-oriented; plans, executes and hits deadlines.
● Excellent English, speaking and written.
● Proven success in leading projects.
● Flexible and adaptable; able to respond to urgent requests and business direction with a commitment and willingness to get the job done.
● Ability to collaborate, consult and partner with all levels and work well in a team
environment
● Excellent interpersonal communications (verbal and written).
● Ability and comfort of working in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment.
● Must be self-managed and a creative problem solver.
● May need to travel from time to time.
