Prime Corporate Services is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Account Manger to service key clients and help develop new client relationships. Account Managers perform a critical role in our company. The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for our partners and is ultimately responsible for partner and client success and satisfaction.

An Account Manager represent Partner needs and goals within the organization ensures accurate communication of those needs to the various departments within the company. The Account Manager will build positive relationships with Partners and encourage new and repeat business opportunities based on client needs.

Who We Are Looking For

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Partner communications and the efficient completion of Partner deliverables on key accounts.
  • Enables accurate and regular two-way communication between the Partner and company to ensure project success and manage Partner expectations.
  • Works closely with each department within the company to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns and projects for the Partner.
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of company capabilities and services and effectively communicates all offerings to Partners or potential Partners.
  • Reports and provides regular reporting and feedback on all account activity and progress.
  • Conduct ongoing research and analysis to educate and assist Partners with marketing strategies and new opportunities.
  • Presents creative work and campaign details to Partners for consideration and approval.
  • Maximizes each Partner account to ensure maximum lead flow.
  • Reports data analytics to Partners and looks for efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Account management experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel, including the ability to analyze data and use Pivot Tables.
  • Experienced data managing and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Asana preferred.
  • Detail-oriented; plans, executes and hits deadlines.
  • Excellent English, speaking and written.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proven success in leading projects.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to respond to urgent requests and business direction with a commitment and willingness to get the job done.
  • Ability to collaborate, consult and partner with all levels and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communications (verbal and written).
  • Ability and comfort of working in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment.
  • Must be self-managed and a creative problem solver.
  • May need to travel from time to time.
