The cost to file the Articles of Organization is $125. This application is filed through the  Florida Department of State.

Florida Annual Report Fee: $138.75

The state requires all LLCs to file an annual report with the Secretary of State.

You can submit this report through the Florida Department of State Sunbiz website. The form is due annually by May 1. If turned in late, the state of Florida charges $400 as a penalty. By reporting on time every year, your LLC has a higher chance of remaining in good standing with the Florida state department.

Registered Agent Fee: $39+

When forming a Florida LLC, you have two options designating a Registered Agent. You can either serve as your own or use a registered agent service. A service like this can maintain deadlines and keep track of filing records. 

Registered agent fees start at $39 for the first year. 

Foreign LLC Filing Cost: $125

If your LLC originated in a different state and you would like to register it in Florida, you need foregin LLC registration.

The cost for filing totals $125. This form is called an Application by Foreign Limited Liability Company for Authorization to Transact Business in Florida.

Certificate of Status 

The Florida certificate of good standing can be ordered through the Secretary of State for a $5 fee.
