- Monday to Friday

What you will be doing
A Day In The Life
- Day-to-day operations in the customer service department
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner
- Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with other department members to meet them on a steady basis
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions
What we are looking for
Requirements
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all time
