Our company is searching for a motivated Customer Solutions Agent to join our customer service department. The Customer Solutions Agent will providing outstanding customer service to clients, developing effective customer service procedures, and setting customer satisfaction goals.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shift

What you will be doing

A Day In The Life

  • Day-to-day operations in the customer service department
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with other department members to meet them on a steady basis
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions

What we are looking for

Requirements

  • High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all time
